We ensure guaranteed availability of suitably qualified crew members to meet operational requirements and respond to emergencies promptly. Our thorough onboard crew familiarization system ensures that crew members are well-prepared for their roles. We conduct evaluations of training needs, perform gap analyses, and develop tailored training plans to address any deficiencies. Additionally, we provide specialist training in collaboration with our preferred training partners, covering areas such as Survival Craft, Fast Rescue Craft, Bridge Team/Resource Management, Conflict Management, and Accident Investigation. To complement onboard training, we offer Computer Based Training (CBT) and recording provided by Videotel. Furthermore, we have a cadet training program in partnership with maritime colleges to nurture future talent in the industry.
